Working as an Architect in different projects as:
• Dental Clinic, Brighton - RIBA Stage C-D - E , the project is refurbish the First Floor of Goulcester Center, to convert the space in a Dental clinic of 800 sq m.
• Congzhou Sience and Technology Park, Congzhou, China
Congzhou Science and Technology Park is a mixed-use complex comprising of research centres, offices, residential and retail.
February 2012 – Present Studio Integrate, London, UK – Architectural Assistant (equivalent to part III)
I've worked worked Part time for this Studio based in North London. I help the team developing an interior design project, for an Art Collectors.
Sept 2011 – December 2011 What Architecture, London, UK – Architectural Assistant (equivalent to part III)
I worked full time on residential projects to ensure that planned and proposed developments have a low impact on the local area.
• Shoreditch Overground, Residential Apartments - RIBA Stage C-D, the project is for the construction of a seven - storey tower just off Brick Lane, East Central London. My role was, undertaking the site survey, preparing a desing using both analogue and digital models and preparing planning application drawings.
• Free town Housing, Sierra Leone - RIBA Stage C - D, the project is eight new build aparments within a gated compund. My role was, appraising and understanding a complex client brief, design the project, and the modeling.
• Spitafield’s Farm Community Building - RIBA stage C-D, this project is for the construction of a new Community building. My role was liaising with the client, undertaking a survey of the site, preparing the design info in both analogue and digital model forms and preparing pre-planning application drawings
July 2009 - April 2011 JBE Arquitectes, Barcelona, Spain – Architectural Assistant (equivalent to part III)
I was promoted within JBE which is a firm that consult state and government bodies on town planning for a number of Catalan cities. I primarily worked on projects in and around Barcelona.
Raval Sud Government town planning
Development of the borough ‘Master Plan’ and the modification of the General Metropolitan Plan’ of Raval Sud, part of
Barcelona’s old town.
Area analysis – Assessed and measured key social aspects of the area including population density, origins, traffic, public
facilities, pedestrian flow.
Regeneration proposal – Planning application suggesting what initiatives and construction could take place to increase people circulation to help reduce homelessness, drugs and prostitution and to improve the image of the area
Public competitions for governmental project
Worked in a team on a number of competition entries for public facilities including a Library, Day Nursery, Sports Hall and
an urban park.
Initial concept – Formulated a number of initial ideas to kickstart projects
Plan creation – Created elevation sections and ground plans
3d modelling and Photoshop – Generated true lifelike renders of projects

Joined the practice to expand my experience in urban planning. Over my first year I started working on a large urban planning project as well as assisting on a number of smaller projects.
Area analysis – Worked on shorter “six month urban plans” analysing key challenges and generating concepts which could improve the areas.

Jan 2007-April 2008 Canadés and Navalpotro Arquitectes; Barcelona, Spain – Architectural Assistant (part II)
CNA are a small architecture firm who specialise in residential and public sector projects. While there I assisted the lead architects in a broad range of areas such the development of the college ‘Gaudi Institute of Construction’, including on those project design, drawing construction details, structure and facilities, 3d modelling, renders and videos of the project.

GGA focus on individual residential properties and projects. While here I designed single house dwellings, from initial concept through detailed design. This included structure, facilities, detail construction, measurements and budgets.
